BEFORE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLASMA FIBROBLAST
Take an anahistamine one to two times a day, starting 2 to 3 days before the procedure. This will help with inflammation that can come from the treatment
For the day of the procedure, come with a clean treatment area, wash with soft noninvasive soap.
No perfume, deodorant, or any other skin care product used on the day of treatment.
No alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before the procedure
Avoid sun and/ or tanning one week prior to the procedure.
Do not take aspirin, niacin, vitamin E, Advil, or ibuprofen 24 hours before the procedure.
No brow, waxing, tinting, micro dermabrasion, one week before or chemical peels for two weeks prior.
Discontinue Retin-A four weeks prior. No Accutane or prednisone one year prior to treatment.
Do not use AHA skin care products close to the Treatment area two weeks prior to in two weeks after your procedure.
No Botox around the treatment area two weeks prior.
Please note: you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle. If you are a sensitive person, please feel free to go to your doctor to get a prescription for lidocaine 20% prior to the treatment.
AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Continue taking an antihistamine 2 to 3 times a day for five days. This will help with itchiness in information.
Use a gel pack or ice on the treated areas 2 to 3 times a day for 2 to 3 days. This will help with swelling, itchiness, or any soreness.
Clean the treated area with gentle cleanser, and no scrubbing for at least seven days
You will get an aftercare kit… Which includes silver, one gel, which is to be applied first. Then step two, which will go on after the silver one gel for at least 5 to 7 days. The final after care product is the mineral makeup with SPF. You can use this for the first three days or as long as you would like.
Use moisturizer with broad-spectrum SPF every day. Stay out of direct sun for a minimum of 3 to 4 months.
No swimming for at least a week
Only use mineral makeup… Either powder or the mineral makeup which is included in your kit for the first three days. Then you can use normal make up to cover up any of the dots, and/ or redness that is left. It will take time for everything to go away and heal… Everyone’s body heals differently.
You will see the aftercare effects of the treatment continue to improve over the next 8 to 12 weeks and the best improvement will be after at least two treatments.
Following the aftercare regimen, will help get the best results and heal the skin properly. Patience in this treatment is required. This isn’t an instant treatment, although you might see some difference after the first treatment. The most will be seen as time goes on, and if you take care of your skin, it will last 2 to 4 years.
